This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Hisua P.S. Case No. 702 of 2021 registered for the offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act. Considering the fact that the petitioner, who is a lady has clean antecedent and her husband is already in custody, this anticipatory bail application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Excise
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22569 of 2022(2) dt.06-05-2022 2/2 Court-1, Nawada, in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 702 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark her attendance in the Hisua Police Station, District- Nawada, on first Sunday of every month during the course of the pendency of the case.
