JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-07-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "For a direction to the respondents authorities in the nature of mandamus, directing and commanding the authorities to remove the encroachment from the public road situated at Ugo P.S. Raghunathpur, Khata No.154, Plot No.1292, Area-0-1-16-17 Dhurki whereby and whereunder the private

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Raghunathpur, District-Siwan for redressal of his aforesaid grievances.

3. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

4. It is needles to state that in case the petitioner files appropriate petition under the provision of te Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, before the Circle Officer, Raghunathpur, District-Siwan, within a period of four weeks from today, the Circle Officer, Raghunathpur, District-Siwan shall take appropriate action, in accordance with law and after hearing the affected parties, forthwith.

5. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
