This application is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing the F.I.R. of Mahua P.S. Case No. 301 of 2011, registered under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code against the accused-petitioner.

On perusal of the F.I.R. and material available in the record, I do not find any reason to quash the F.I.R. of Mahua P.S. Case No. 301 of 2011 under extraordinary jurisdiction of Section 482 Cr.P.C. Accordingly, this application is dismissed. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) manish/- U T
