JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutors for the State. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Hilsa P.S.Case No. 344 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 283 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

The only allegation against these petitioners is that they along with other persons blocked the road with a dead body of a person.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail is allowed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4161 of 2015 (2) dt.30-01-2015 2/2 and it is ordered that petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Hilsa, in Hilsa P.S.Case No. 344 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
