Petitioner was under trial prisoner at the time of alleged occurrence and the first information report goes to show that it was co-accused Dharmendar Singh @ Jugnu Singh, who made attempt to escape from the police custody, and so far as making attempt of snatching the rifle is concerned, the same is general in nature.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur
