1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant.
2. The learned counsel for the parties jointly submitted that the dispute is matrimonial and the parties have compromised.
3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party no.2, based on instruction, submits that the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22740 of 2023(13) dt.25-07-2025 2/2 opposite party no.2 will have no objection, in the event, if the Complaint No.754(C) of 2022 in which cognizance has been taken under Section 498A of the I.P.C. read with Section 4 of the D. P. Act, which is pending in the Court of the learned S.D.J.M., Patna, is quashed.

No doubt, the instant application has been filed seeking anticipatory bail, but since dispute is matrimonial and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party no.2 has submitted that opposite party no.2 will have no objection, in the event, if aforesaid case is quashed, as such, the order dated 03.03.2022 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Patna in Complaint Case No.754(C) of 2022, Trial No.3203 of 2022 whereby cognizance of offence under Section 498A of the I.P.C. read with Section 4 of the D. P. Act. is taken, is hereby quashed. (Satyavrat Verma, J) vikash/- U T
