JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 08-09-2016 Husband of the petitioner has been awarded punishment under Rule 139 of the Bihar Pension Rules. 50% of the pension has been withheld for ten years. Keeping in view the said order, other settlement of claim and dues has been made. Husband of the petitioner is no more. The claim with regard to statutory interest prima facie does not seem to be tenable in law at this juncture. Writ is disposed of in view of the above.
