JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The concerned I.O. submitted charge sheet without recording the statement of injured as well as without obtaining injury report of the concerned injured. So far as petitioner is concerned, he is named accused but general allegation has been leveled in the first information report that all the four accused persons made firing. However, in course of investigation, not a single witness claimed to have seen the petitioner causing injury to the injured.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-
