The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sahiyara P.S. Case No.11 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 363 and 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the statement of the girl under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and her age, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
