The present Letters Patent Appeal has been filed against an order passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court on 11.07.2013 in C.W.J.C. No. 14196 of 2010 whereby the writ petition
Patna High Court LPA No.1397 of 2013 dt.17-02-2017 2/2 of the appellant has been dismissed on the ground that the death of the bread earner had happened on 18.08.1998 and after more then 11 years of such death, compassionate appointment is not required to be given as a measure of providing employment to a offspring of the employee. The decision of the learned Single Judge refusing to interfere with the order of rejection dated 03.07.2010 cannot be said to be bad in law.
The Letters Patent Appeal has no merit. Therefore, it is dismissed.
