The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 130 of 2017 registered under Sections 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that nothing specific has been alleged against these petitioners. Specific allegation is against co-accused Pankaj Kumar Singh. There is case and counter case between the parties. Petitioners were only members of the mob. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36498 of 2017 (3) dt.19-08-2017 the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Saran in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 130 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
