JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-06-2023 The present petition has been filed for modifying the order dated 29.8.2022, passed in CWJC No. 10603 of 2018, to the extent that the details of the land in question has been wrongly mentioned therein as Mauza Mohauddinagar, Thana No. 92, Khata No. 119. Khesra No. 181/182 instead of Mauza Mohiuddinpur, Thana No. 92, Khata No. 119, Khesra No. 281/282.

It is submitted that on account typographical error in the main writ petition itself, the aforesaid error has been crept in the order dated 29.8.2022, for which the petitioner is responsible, hence, the error be condoned and appropriate corrections be directed to be carried out.

Patna High Court MJC No.918 of 2023(2) dt.21-06-2023 2/2 Having regard to the prayer made in the present petition and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct that the details of the land mentioned in the aforesaid order dated 29.8.2022 be read as " Mauza Mohiuddinpur, Thana No. 92, Khata No. 119, Khesra No. 281/282".

The present petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid modification in the order dated 29.8.2022, passed in CWJC No. 10603 of 2018.
