JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Khodaganj Police Station Case No. 133 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Section 364 and 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The above stated Khodaganj Police Station Case No. 133 of 2014 was registered against Yugal Kishor, Chaukidar and one another person on the basis of written report of the petitioner but in course of investigation, the case took U- turn and it came to light that daughter-in-law of the petitioner was murdered by family members of the petitioner including her and they got disappeared her dead body.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.268 of 2015 (2) dt.07-01-2015 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioner, in the event of her arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in Khodaganj Police Station Case No. 133 of 2014 , subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
