The petitioner seeks bail in Chainpur P.S. Case No. 191 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of Arms Act, Section 4/5 of Explosive Substance Act and Section 17 of C.L.A. Act.

As per written report Ghasi Paswan was apprehended by the police. One country made Katta and eight live cartridges have been recovered from his possession. He disclosed the name of petitioner as one of his Associates. Petitioner is in custody since 6.9.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the
