JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 16-05-2019 The petitioner is aggrieved by the appointment of private respondent No. 7 on the post of Anganbari Sevika at the concerned Anganbari Centre in the district of Rohtas (Sasaram).

2. The complaint of the petitioner is on the ground that necessary documents were not furnished by private respondent No. 7, but still she was selected as

Patna High Court CWJC No.8213 of 2019 dt.16-05-2019 2/2 Anganbari Sevika. What has further aggrieved the petitioner is that despite the complaint filed by her in time before the District programme Officer, Rohtas at Sasaram, the same has not yet been disposed off.

Under the aforesaid circumstances, the petitioner is directed to make a fresh complaint before the District Programme Officer, Rohtas at Sasaram within a period of four weeks from today, who, on receipt of such complaint, after verifying the records and hearing the necessary parties, viz., the petitioner, private respondent No. 7 and other stakeholders, shall pass necessary order in accordance with law within a further period of ten weeks thereafter.

4. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
