Verma, learned Senior Advocate appearing on behalf of petitioner, learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant.

2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for anticipatory bail on the ground that petitioner is suffering from Hepatitis-B. Now, it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is cured of the said disease.

3. In such view of the matter, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the anticipatory bail application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. This application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty that if the petitioner surrenders and seeks regular bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33709 of 2021(17) dt.14-07-2025 2/2 before the learned Court below within a period of three weeks, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by the present order of withdrawal and the same may be considered preferably on the same day.
