JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2017 It is submitted that due to bona fide mistake in the bail petition, Sessions Trial No.311 of 2016 was written and accordingly in the order dated 14.12.2016 in the last para Session Trial No.311 of 2016 has been typed which should be Session Trial No.311 of 2014 and accordingly prayer has been made to modify the order dated 14.12.2016.

In view of the facts and circumstances stated above, the order dated 14.12.2016 is modified to the extent that in the last para, Session Trial No.311 of 2014 be read in place of Session Trial No.311 of 2016 arising out of Agamkuan P.S. Case No.209 of 2013. Accordingly, this modification is allowed.
