JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 12-10-2020 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner, who is the husband of the deceased, is in custody in connection with Udwantnagar P.S. Case No.372 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased and marriage was solemnized in 2014 and the deceased died on 18.09.2019. Considering the fact that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to him. Prayer for bail is rejected.

However, the trial court is directed to expedite the
