JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 31-01-2018 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the order dated 28.11.2016 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Amba P.S. Case No.22 of 2016 by which cognizance has been taken under Section 147, 148, 149, 448, 341, 323, 325, 307, 354, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act against the petitioner and others.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioner at the stage of framing of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23733 of 2017 (2) dt.31-01-2018 2/2 charge.

Leave is granted.
