The petitioner is in custody in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 156 of 2019 for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he was among the persons, who assaulted the informant and looted the motorcycle, clothes, cash and mobile etc. from him. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not named in the F.I.R. The petitioner is in custody since 11.12.2019, yet he has not been put on T.I.P. Considering the fact that the petitioner was not named in the F.I.R. and he has remained in custody for more than 6 1⁄2 months, yet he has not been put on T.I.P., the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21483 of 2020(2) dt.03-07-2020 2/2 of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Judge-IIIcum-ACJM-III, Muzaffarpur in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 156 of 2019 with the condition that the petitioner on release will render his service as volunteer for a period of one month in dedicated Covid Hospital. He is required to report to the District Nodal Officer in the concerned region, who shall utilize his service in this pandemic.
