2. The petitioner is seeking quashing of the FIR of Jehanabad Town P.S. Case No. 654 of 2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 323,341, 385, 354 read with Section 34 of the IPC, in the present application filed under Section 482 of the CrPC.

3. After having gone through the FIR, I am of the view that the allegations made therein do constitute cognizable offence. In such circumstance, this Court is not required to exercise jurisdiction under Section 482 of the CrPC for quashing the FIR.
