The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 386 of 2016 for the offence registered under Sections 406, 408 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was the informant of the case in which investigations were conducted and the case was found to be true, however, subsequently, on the basis of mere suspicion by the Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur in Report-3, the petitioner's name has been included in the category of accused and thus, he is facing prosecution. He further submits that petitioner is one of the investors and himself a victim of the conspiracy of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24097 of 2019(3) dt.21-05-2019 2/2 accused persons and, therefore, he may be extended the privilege of bail.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned counsel below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 386 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
