ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 28-11-2025 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to approach the Respondent No. 4, i.e., the Circle Officer by way of a representation ventilating his grievance.

2. Having regard to the same, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer by way of representation within a period of four weeks from today. On such representation being given, the authority shall consider the same and pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law. The authority before passing any order shall put the petitioner as well as other interested party on notice and give them an opportunity of filing
