JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 14-12-2018 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Goreyakothi P.S. Case No. 177 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 420, 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is of recovery of 111 and odd litres of liquor from a maize field and the recovered liquor is said to be of the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case and in fact nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner rather the recovery was made from maize field. Further he has no criminal antecedent and has been in judicial

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge -II cum Special Judge Excise, Siwan in connection with Goreyakothi P.S.
