JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-07-2017 Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case under sections 304B, 201/34 of the IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against her and she is 78 years old. In support of the submission, a copy of Aadhar card has been shown. Furthermore, the main allegation is against husband of the deceased.

In the event of arrest/surrender, let the petitioner as mentioned above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in Sare Police Station case no. 3 of 2017.
