2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Feshar P.S. Case No. 157 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 323, 341, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have assaulted the informant over his head by iron rod.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. There was land dispute between the parties. The petitioner is in jail since 06.02.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Aurangabad in connection with Feshar P.S. Case No. 157 of 2023.
