Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 7 of 2016 registered under Sections- 395, 394, 328, 412, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that when informant was coming from Chhatisgarh to Gaya from his turmeric loaded truck with driver, accused persons, who were on a scorpio, overtaken the truck and stopped it. They snatched his two mobiles, Pan Card, ATM Card, Driving Licence and Rs. 7000/-.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case on confessional statement of Mukul Singh. It is further submitted that aforesaid

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49095 of 2016 (3) dt.17-01-2017 2/2 Mukul Singh and two other accused have been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 15.07.2016, 14.07.2016 and 23.08.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 26650/2016, 27343/2016 and 26384/2016 respectively.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case specially the fact that similarly situated accused persons have been granted bail by this Court, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 7 of 2016.
