In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- "For issuance of an appropriate writs, orders, directions to the respondent authorities to make payment of arrears of rent as well as current rent to the petitioner which has not been paid to him w.e.f. 23.01.2004 alongwith statutory interest 12 1⁄2 per annum and to grant any other consequential benefits for which petitioner may found entitled in accordance with law."

3. The petitioner has statutory remedy before the Commercial Courts under the Commercial Courts Act, 2015. Therefore, the present petition stands disposed off as not
