This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Raniganj P.S. Case No. 503 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 308, 354-B, 379, 447, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of dispute as also the nature of injury sustained by the injured, this anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC.
