2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered with the judgment dated 28.06.2024 passed by the Full Bench in C.W.J.C. No. 8271 of 2021, hence the present writ petition may be disposed of in similar terms.

3. Per contra, learned counsel for the University submits that in terms of judgment dated 28.06.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 8271 of 2021, the petitioner may be directed to file a representation before the Controller of Examination, B.N. Mandal University, Laloo Nagar, Madhepura (respondent no.4).

4. Considering the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, I deem it proper to direct the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the Controller of Examination, B.N. Mandal University, Laloo Nagar, Madhepura (respondent no.4) along with the supporting documents enclosing the judgment dated 28.06.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 8271 of 2021 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and the respondent no. 4 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law keeping in view the judgment dated 28.06.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 8271 of 2021 within four weeks from the date of receipt of the representation of the petitioner after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or her counsel.

5. Needless to state that the Controller of Examination, B.N. Mandal University, Laloo Nagar, Madhepura (respondent no.4) shall be solely responsible for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

6. With the aforesaid directions, this writ application stands disposed of.
