The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Sessions Trial No. 606 of 2016 arising out of Baruraj P.S. Case No. 13 of 1979 instituted for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is mentioned in the impugned order that occurrence has taken place in the year 1979. The police has submitted charge sheet against the petitioner in the same year showing him absconder. The case is registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22475 of 2017 (8) dt.15-01-2018 2/2 Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.

Petitioner may surrender before the court below and make prayer for regular bail.
