The petitioners seek bail in Ujiyarpur P.S. case No. 243 of 2018 registered under Section 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

The police intercepted a Scorpio vehicle and arrested the petitioners who were sitting inside the vehicle. On search, huge quantity of different brands of IMFL was recovered. It is submitted that 86.730 liters of IMFL was recovered and for that the petitioners are in custody since 05.10.2018. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioners and the fact that
