JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 26-02-2016 From the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the District Programme Officer, Primary Shiksha and Sarv Shiksha Abhiyan, Siwan, it is evident that the authorities took follow up action with regard to wrong doing by the Headmistress of the school in question and now a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- has been recovered from the post retiral dues of the said Headmistress after due enquiry.

Since the basic relief with regard to working of the institution and the conduct of the Headmistress has been achieved, writ application is disposed of.
