The petitioner, who is in custody since 07.02.2020, seeks bail in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 50 of 2020, dated 06.02.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 304(B) and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner was arrested on the charge of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25992 of 2020(2) dt.13-10-2020 2/2 stealing a motorcycle. In fact, it has been submitted by the petitioner that he was carrying a key of different motorcycle, but wrongly, started another motorcycle. The petitioner was assaulted also.

Considering the nature of accusation against the petitioner and his period of custody, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 50 of 2020.

The application stands allowed.
