This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 304B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The father-in-law of the deceased has already been allowed bail by another Bench of this Hon'ble Court in Cr. Misc. No. 19543 of 2016 on 06.05.2016. The petitioner is mother-inlaw. It has been submitted that the husband of the deceased is already in custody.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Pandarak P.S. Case No. 170 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna, or successor Court.
