Petitioner seeks bail in Triveniganj PS Case No. 246 of 2016 registered under Section 392 of the IPC. It is submitted by Counsel for the petitioner that he has been remanded in this case on 27.6.2018 as he was in custody in connection with Singheshwar PS Case No. 170 of 2015 since 13.11.2015. He submits that merely on the basis of suspicion he has been implicated in this case and there is no recovery from the petitioner in respect to the occurrence alleged. Considering the aforesaid submissions as also the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner's prayer for bail in the instant case is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.
