The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 16.3.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 80113 of 2019 for extension of time to surrender before the court below.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to the present situation arising out of Covid-19 pandemic, the petitioner could not surrender before the court below within the time prescribed in the aforesaid order dated 16.3.2020 and, thus, she could not obtain the favorable order from the court below and prays for further time to surrender in the court below.
