The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 354(A), 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is husband of the victim of demand of dowry and torture for the same. Petitioner is in custody since 25.01.2019.

Considering the future chances of settlement , let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Courtbelow where the case is pending in connection with Sakra P.S.
