1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "(1) That the present writ application is being filed for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus for directing the respondents to make the payment of salary to the petitioner in the same pay scale of Rs. 4000-6000/-, which is being paid to the other similarly appointed Lower Division Clerks, who entered the service along with petitioner by the same common appointment letter dated 27.11.2013, initially in the pay scale of Rs. 30504590 but are being provided with salary in the higher pay scale of Rs. 4000-6000, in compliance of the direction contained in the order dated 20.02.2023 passed

Patna High Court CWJC No.5803 of 2024(2) dt.18-04-2024 2/2 in CWJC No. 17617/2022 and other analogus matters.

And for a direction to the Respondents to make payment of arrears of salary to the petitioner in the said pay scale of Rs. 4000-6000 and its corresponding higher pay scale and grade pay. with effect from the date, the other similarly appointed Lower Division Clerks are being paid in such pay scale, in the light of the direction contained in the judgement and order dated 20.02.2023 passed in CWJC No. 17617/2022 and further in light of the judgement and order dated 23.06.2017 passed in L.P.A. No. 167 of 2016.

And for any other consequential relief/relieves as your Lordship may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case."

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
