In view of the above, prima facie, writ has become infructuous because of subsequent developments and decisions have emerged.

The Court, therefore, gives liberty to the petitioner to file an application before the Principal Secretary, Health, Government of Bihar, with the grievance in relation to the transfer, keeping in mind the so-called seniority of the petitioner etc. as well as the decision

Patna High Court CWJC No.15348 of 2015 dt.18-12-2015 rendered by this Court, which is Annexure-7 to the writ application. If such an application is filed, a decision will be rendered within a period of six weeks thereof.
