Petitioner is an accused in connection with .Bhagwanpur (Tiyay) P.S. Case No. 222 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 302, 201, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case on mere suspicion. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 08.12.2019. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing personal bail bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Bhagwanpur
