2. Taking note of these facts and circumstances and in the interest of litigants, order dated 15.02.2024 passed in M.J.C. No. 2701 of 2023 stands recalled and it is restored on the file.

3. Accordingly, the present M.J.C. No. 1073 of 2024 stands allowed, subject to payment of cost of Rs. 5000/- (Rs. Five Thousand).
