Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.
This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Bounsi P.S. Case No. 45 of 2018 (G.R. No. 490 of 2018) for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Subsequently, the Court below took cognizance for the same offences along with Section 308 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the nature of dispute as also the nature of injury sustained by the injured, this anticipatory bail application is allowed.
Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34544 of 2021(2) dt.17-05-2022 2/2 below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Banka, in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No. 45 of 2018 (G.R. No. 490 of 2018), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
