The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Rahui P.S. Case No.458 of 2019 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the application on behalf of petitioner no.1, namely, Lallu Yadav.

Prayer is allowed. The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn so far as petitioner no.1, namely, Lallu Yadav is concerned.

No.32829 of 2021(2) dt.30-03-2022 2/2 So far as petitioner no.2, namely, Sadhu Yadav is concerned, considering the fact that the petitioner and other side are agnates and there is land dispute between them, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner no.2, namely, Sadhu Yadav, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda in connection with Rahui P.S. Case No.458 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
