JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-05-2019 Th learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present case is squarely covered by the judgment 11.05.2018 passed in CWJC No. 8963 of 2018 (Chandra Shekhar Azad & Ors. vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.).

The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the authorities shall examine the case of the petitioner and in case, it is found that the case of the petitioner is covered by the aforesaid judgment dated 11.05.2018, appropriate reliefs would be granted in terms of the said judgment.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced by the learned counsel for

Patna High Court CWJC No.9680 of 2019(2) dt.01-05-2019 2/2 the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Programme Officer (Establishment) Saran at Chhapra to decide the case of the petitioner in light of the aforesaid judgment dated 11.05.2018, upon the petitioner herein filing appropriate representation within a period of one week from today. It is needless to state that the case of the petitioner would be decided by the District Programme Officer (Establishment) Saran at Chhapra within a period of six weeks of the filing of the representation.
