=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 14-02-2017 The petitioner has raised grievance in respect of noncompliance of the interim order dated 5th of October, 2009 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 12702 of 2009. The order is that pendency of the writ petition will not come in the way of the respondents in quantifying the dues and making payment to the petitioner at the earliest, preferably within one month from the date of the order.

There is no categorical order of payment of salary. It is also admitted that the writ application is still pending.
