ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 27-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the informant is also present.

The petitioner, being the husband, is in custody since 07.08.2018 in connection with Jamhore P.S. Case No.82 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 304B/379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and the entire allegations are based on conjectures and surmises.

However, considering the fact that the petitioner is the husband in a case under Section 304B I.P.C. and the marriage has taken place in the year 2013 and the death was in connection
