JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-12-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 10.10.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 55023 of 2018 with observation to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Allegation against the accused persons, including the petitioner is of kidnapping and assaulting the victim.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is general allegation against the petitioner and he is in custody since 6.3.2018 and charge has been framed in this case and petitioner undertakes to abide by any condition that may be imposed on him.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let petitioner, above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73410 of 2018(2) dt.20-12-2018 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District Judge-III, Bhagalpur, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 382 of 2018, arising out of Mojahidpur (Babarganj) P.S.Case No. 03 of 2018, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned and further condition is that petitioner has to co-operate in disposal of trial, otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.
