JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 25 bottles, each containing 375 ml foreign liquor, kept in Air Bag, are said to have been recovered from joint possession of the petitioner and co-accused Sonu Kumar, while they were carrying the same by motorcycle. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation one co-accused Amit Yadav has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Sherghati
