1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction, particularly in the nature of writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent concerned to extend the service of the petitioner as Anganwari Sahayika for Centre No.

39. at Anganwari Centre, Fateh Tola, in Shankar Saraiya Gram Panchayat under Turkauliya Block within District: East Champaran till attaining her age of 65 years after setting aside the order of Child Development Project Officer, Turkauliya, East Champaran contained in memo

Patna High Court CWJC No.6281 of 2022(2) dt.06-12-2023 2/2 no. 283 dated 20.07.2019; And/or pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
